On April 19th the children of Year 2 and Year 3 will visit Casa Cavazzini, a museum of contemporary art in Udine, and will participate in the “Emozioni di tutte le forme” workshop.

The pieces in the FRIAM collection will be the starting point for a first approach to geometry as a key to understand reality. Room by room, from painting to painting, from sculpture to sculpture, they will meet with squares, circles and triangles. Small games, manipulative activities and artistic reworkings will alternate in a dynamic path during which the students will try to find hidden shapes and discover their emotional implications: will a soft circle tell them the same story as a sharp triangle?

It will undoubtedly be an exciting experience for our young students, an original first approach to art!
