On May 4th the Year 4 and Year 8 classes visited the Natural History Museum in Udine for two different activities.
Year 4’s workshop was titled “Paleoart: Art in Prehistory”, which saw the students use natural colors and ancient tools to create a personal cave paiting, introducing the topic of human life in Prehistory. Year 8 focused on migrations with “Migrating is Human” a workshop that retraced the steps of some of history’s great migrations, analyzing how human movements has shaped cultures, encounters and transformations!
Two different aspects of our History, approached with a hands-on approach that engaged our children and teens in a very original way!
