We often don&#8217;t know t<strong>he origin and the production chains<\/strong> of these products. How do we manage to keep the needs of human consumption and <strong>environmental sustainability<\/strong> together? Knowledge of the agricultural world and its cycles can help us <strong>guide individual daily choices<\/strong>.
