On November 16th Year 9 will travel to Bordano (UD) to participate in a naturalistic orienteering activity, organized by the “Butterflies House”.
Orienteering is a sports practice that encourages the relationship between man and nature. It creates the opportunity to get to know and experience nature in a different and original way. Reading a map requires the ability to translate objects and places seen from above, placing them in a space. It is a competion without the typical rivalry of other sports, but stimulates autonomy and solidarity.
The activity will last three hours and will take place on a dirt road, easy to walk, located in the Bordano countryside, between grassy fields, groves and orchards. A wonderful opportunity to get involved in the open!
