On May 26th our Year 4 students will meet in class with professional soccer player Daniele Padelli from the Udinese football club. He will talk about the importance of essential values such as friendship, solidarity, self-discipline, self-confidence and teamwork.

The objective is to teach children that matches are not played against someone, but together with our opponents. Often it is also thanks to our opponents that we are able to express ourselves at our best, while losing is part of the game, and learning to face defeat is sometimes more important than winning!
